Vishuddh Properties was founded by two childhood friends Y. A. Venkatesh and S. Divakar. Both their families were in land development business, construction contracts business for over 3+ decades.

Founders families have completed few hundred of acres land development, 15+ apartments projects in the heart of Bangalore – Malleswaram, Sanjay Nagar. In terms of Commercial spaces they have completed close to 1 lakh square foot having reputed tenants like,

S. Divakar – Founder,
Vishuddh Properties

S. Divakar is the founder of Vishuddh Properties and a seasoned civil engineer from RVCE. With over 25 boutique residential projects in Bangalore, he is known for his integrity, structural precision, and strong landowner relationships. He has also delivered commercial spaces for top brands. A former state-level basketball player, Divakar combines discipline from sports with excellence in real estate development.

(FOUNDER & CHAIRMAN)

Y.A. Venkatesh, Founder & Chairman of Vishuddh Properties, comes from a lineage of real estate developers, continuing his father's legacy of over 300 acres of gated community developments. With a background in Electronics & Communication (MSRIT) and experience at Oracle, he brings a tech-savvy and strategic approach to real estate. He has led developments across 50+ acres, focusing on high-potential wellness communities, villas, and student housing. A long-time BNI leader and Lions Club member, he blends entrepreneurship with impactful community service and strategic real estate foresight.

Prashanth Srinivas Murthy is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in real estate and hospitality. He has led sales, marketing, and CRM for top firms like Sobha and RMZ, and holds certifications from Harvard and the Oberoi Group. As a partner at Vishuddh Properties and founder of Tesseract Consulting, he specializes in strategic development, team building, and market research. He's also a hospitality entrepreneur and published author.
