Where We Build Your Visions

Vishuddh Properties was founded by two childhood friends Y. A. Venkatesh and S. Divakar. Both their families were in land development business, construction contracts business for over 3+ decades.

Founders families have completed few hundred of acres land development, 15+ apartments projects in the heart of Bangalore – Malleswaram, Sanjay Nagar. In terms of Commercial spaces they have completed close to 1 lakh square foot having reputed tenants like,

Our leadership team combines decades of expertise in real estate development and management. Y A Venkatesh, an accomplished software engineer with over 10 years of experience at top multinational companies like Oracle, has also led BVBI, a firm that catered to clients from the US, India, and across Asia. With a strong background in business networking, he has been a prominent member of the BNI Nakshatra chapter for 13 years, serving as its president for three terms. His leadership in Lions Club West enabled him to secure $10 million in funding for charitable causes. Venkatesh’s foundation in real estate comes from his father’s involvement in the industry, which he continues to build upon today.

S Divakar, a seasoned real estate developer, has overseen the construction of 20-30 apartment complexes. His expertise in construction ensures that each project is delivered with precision and built to last. His commitment to quality and attention to detail are the hallmarks of his work.

Together, they bring a blend of technical, managerial, and construction expertise that drives our company’s success in real estate development.
