Vishuddh Properties was founded by two childhood friends Y. A. Venkatesh and S. Divakar. Both their families were in land development business, construction contracts business for over 3+ decades.
Founders families have completed few hundred of acres land development, 15+ apartments projects in the heart of Bangalore – Malleswaram, Sanjay Nagar. In terms of Commercial spaces they have completed close to 1 lakh square foot having reputed tenants like,

The Vishuddh Vision
Y. A. Venkatesh and S. Divakar have a vision to build 50 happy homes in a years time, develop 15-20 acres of land with great value adds in the projects.
