Founded by Y. A. Venkatesh, Founder & Chairman, and S. Divakar, Co-Founder, the company builds on a legacy of over three decades of experience in land development and construction.

Their leadership is complemented by a dynamic team including Prashanth Srinivas Murthy, Suresh Kumar Raghupatruni, and RTN. Prof. Dr. B. T. Chidananda Murthy, guiding business, operations, and wellness divisions.

Over the years, Vishuddh Properties has developed hundreds of acres of land and delivered 15+ apartment projects across Bangalore. The company has also built over one lakh square feet of premium commercial spaces with reputed tenants like Tata Westside, Malabar Gold, Bodycraft, and Kapoor Café.

Expanding beyond real estate, Vishuddh has ventured into co-living, hospitality, and wellness through projects like Nirvana Nature Healing at Nandi Hills, integrating naturopathy, Ayurveda, yoga, and meditation.

Venkatesh Yadalam

Founder & Chairman

Brings a strong legacy in real estate development, with his family having developed over 300 acres of gated communities across Karnataka. With a clear vision for delivering high-quality, well-planned developments, the focus remains on creating projects that offer both lifestyle value and sustainable returns on investment.

With a background in Electronics & Communication Engineering from MSRIT and professional experience at organizations such as Oracle, he adopts a strategic and technology-driven approach to real estate. He has led key land acquisitions and developments across residential segments including wellness communities, villas, and student housing. An active BNI leader and community contributor, he combines industry insight, strong networks, and long-term vision to build thriving communities and valuable investment opportunities.

S. Divakar

Founder, Vishuddh Properties

A second-generation real estate developer recognized for integrity, vision, and attention to detail. Known for fostering strong relationships with landowners, he has successfully led the development of multiple residential, commercial, and gated community projects.

He has delivered approximately 25 boutique residential developments across prime locations in Bangalore, including Malleswaram, Sanjay Nagar, and Jayanagar, along with commercial spaces leased to leading brands. His emphasis on structural precision and quality construction has established a reputation for reliability and excellence. A Civil Engineering graduate from RV College of Engineering (RVCE), he brings discipline and commitment to his leadership approach.

Prashanth Srinivas Murthy

Partner

Partner & CEO at Vishuddh Properties / Hospitality Ventures, with over three decades of experience spanning real estate and hospitality. His expertise lies in business development, sales, marketing, and customer relationship management, with prior experience at leading organizations such as Sobha, RMZ, and Shapoorji Pallonji.

He has played a key role in market research, product positioning, and strategic planning, successfully leading diverse projects ranging from boutique developments to large-scale townships. In addition, he brings valuable hospitality experience through collaborations with prominent brands across South India. As the founder of Tesseract Consulting, he integrates industry knowledge, leadership, and innovation to drive growth and deliver successful ventures.

Suresh Kumar Raghupatruni

A seasoned CXO with over 30 years of experience across hospitality, aviation, and healthcare sectors. He is known for operational excellence, with core strengths in strategic planning, process optimization, and implementation of international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.

He has held leadership roles in reputed organizations including Jindal Nature Cure Institute, Oman Airports, and Bangalore International Airport, contributing to enhanced efficiency, service quality, and business continuity. With expertise in automation and emerging technologies such as IoT, he has significantly improved operational systems and customer experience. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Nirvana Nature Healing and Tranquil Vacations, he brings a results-oriented and innovation-driven approach to organizational growth.

RTN. Prof. Dr. B. T. Chidananda Murthy

A distinguished expert in naturopathy and yoga, with over five decades of experience in clinical practice, research, teaching, and healthcare administration. He has treated over 300,000 patients, including high-profile individuals, and is widely recognized for his expertise in managing chronic and lifestyle-related conditions through natural therapies.

He has held several prestigious positions under the Ministry of AYUSH, including Director of the National Institute of Naturopathy (Pune) and CCRYN. A pioneer in the field, he has contributed to the establishment of institutions, research initiatives, and wellness centers across India and internationally. An award-winning academician and founder of multiple BNYS colleges, he continues to advance holistic healthcare through his extensive experience and vision.
